Here is another excerpt from Bynum's interview with SSA Mac.

Like, could he have slowed down safely with a Dodge Ram truck right behind him going 80 miles per hour?

So to try and answer some of these questions, we reached out to the St.

Francis County Sheriff's Office.

They declined to sit down for an interview, referring us to ASP for any questions, the Arkansas State Police.

But they did provide some helpful information, specifically their agency pursuit policy.

So I'm gonna have a voice actor read it.

Another part of their policy reads this.

If an officer does decide to initiate a pursuit, they have to immediately notify communications center personnel and give the following information.

A, unit identification.

B, location, speed, and direction of travel of the fleeing vehicle.

C, description and license plate number, if known of the fleeing vehicle.

D, number of occupants in the fleeing vehicle and descriptions, where possible.

And E, reasons supporting the decision to pursue.

Why they were chasing him in the first place.

From what we can hear, Bynum doesn't give much of this information.
