As Moira said, we can sort of assume that somebody in Ashley St.
Claire's position thought that being with Elon Musk and by extension having a child with Elon Musk, you know, which we know that he very much wants, would grant her a degree of security and status.
You know, she thought that she was making a deal.
Right.
And what we see with Elon Musk is that he immediately did not hold up his end of the bargain.
Right.
Like she sold her soul and didn't get paid for it.
One of her filings said users on X were using Grok to create nude and sexual images of herself, including of her as a child.
Her lawyer filed the case in New York County, where St.
Clair lives,
but it's been moved to federal court.
XAI launched a suit against St.
Clair is suing XAI over what she says are countless sexualized images generated and shared by users of the company's Grok chatbots photo tool.
The suit says there's one of her in a swastika-covered bikini, another using a real-life picture of her at age 14 after the chatbot request put the girl in a bikini made out of floss.
Clair says the company retaliated against her complaints by demonetizing her ex-social media account.
She's a conservative influencer.
XAI has filed a countersuit, arguing St.
Clair violated its terms of service by suing in New York instead of Texas, as specified in those terms.
