And so the mind, I think, tilts towards one or two different directions. I think the neurotic is someone who's constantly feeling and aware of all of the dangers and the pressures and the different things.

And so intentionally going and doing hard things, cold, heat, sweat lodge, ice bath. Challenging it. Challenging it and just showing that it's going to be okay. You can make it through this pain is going to be okay. Like don't, you don't need to fear the pain.
