So are you seeing hosts pay for the guests like travel and lodging or is it more of a you're on the show and then they learn about you and learn about what you sell and so it's more of a trade-off?

OK, so you were talking about the categories of podcasts where it's like not as many downloads yet.

So I would be in that category of my podcast.

But I am consistent and I'm regular with it.

And I actually have a brand that's interested in being a sponsor.

And they're very aligned with my audience and my message.

How do I go about doing my very first sponsorship with somebody?
