I knew the strengths and the weakness of the team.

And then I'm sure that was a gamble for him.

Okay, this guy, he's not a known quantity, but he's been here from day one.

He knows the people.

He seems to know what's the weakness and strengths of the organization inside out.

So let's give him a chance.

So, you know, he took the risk, you know, and then he trusts me to run it with the guys.

So, yeah, I'm very grateful about that.

I don't know.

It's difficult because like I said, I'm learning every day.

So I guess just believe in people, trust people, respect each other, be humble, just try to lead by example.

You know, it's not always easy.

I don't think I behave in the correct manner every day.

You know, when I get a really, let's say a,

annoyed about certain things i don't i'm not proud of certain behavior of mine but um at least i i need to try to do it in the right way and i need to keep improving my behavior if you like but everything you've just said i think is exactly why gene has chose you to be the team principal

Yeah, honestly, I have a good relationship with him.

I think all we've done, you know, we proved to Gene in the last couple of years that we are actually doing our job with, let's say, due diligence, if you like.

And so before that, he just didn't have a trust in us because he was asking for certain things.

He was demanding certain things.

And then it didn't happen.
