There's a lot of things I need to put in place to be able to achieve that.

So I cannot promise that in a three or six months time, whatever the timeframe we are talking about, I said it's impossible because it's

We just haven't got process or people or capability to do that.

And then to be fair to him, once he listened to that, it's not like he agreed, okay, I understood, it's fine.

But of course he wasn't happy, but I knew he listened to that because he never mentioned it again.

And then in some other conversations I have subsequently,

That completely indicated to me that he listened.

So for me, he's the owner, right?

He started the team.

He put all his money into him, invested, not just financially, but he's very, very passionate guy.
