to have ayamashi with my jollof rice rather than this stew with a white rice because some people do that.
But I like to have a clash of seasonings.

But I err on the side of too much.
So I've actually discovered, it's almost like a ready meal and it's called Tasties.
They sell it in some of the big Sainsbury's in the country and it is jollof rice and chicken.
And then they have ayam ashe and they have, this is the best thing in the world, gizdu.
So it's gizzard and dudu together.
Dudu is plantain.
Not the extinct bird.
Rest in peace.
It would be really hilarious if the bird was extinct because we were eating it.
But the gizdo is like, it then adds like a sweetness because that sort of red peppers, green peppers, sweetness of the plantain and that, that you can also have that as a side.
So there's lots of different types of meats.
And then, oh, shaki.
