Instead, under her new measure of OB-GYN, we're in surplus a couple of years later.

So we had to make those hard choices too.

Because it's about ensuring that everybody in New Zealand knows that Labour wants universal free health care.

We know that a dollar spent in primary health care saves us $10 in the rest of the... But I can afford primary health care.

And we need to keep looking at the balance sheet in the whole.

At the moment, people just look at expenses, just look at debt, but they're not looking at the government balance sheet as a whole because we still have assets.

We still function as a country.

We still believe that we should prioritise some of the key areas that matter to Kiwis.
