Tell me, how about that?
Well, like most things, by complete accident.
It wasn't planned.
I wrote a book, as I said, in 2022.
Like, I've always...
been aware of the fact that I use humour and humour, I think, is one of the best things we have as a species is the ability to laugh and to see the ridiculous in life.
And I have always found, even in the darkest times during your life, I've always found that humour is great, is a great way of coping.
So anyway, that.
Wrote a book, as I say, which I published in 2022.
What was that about?
The book was called Wise Up.
And it was basically, I wrote it during COVID as a response to this whole thing.
I was thinking, there's so much talk about menopause, which, you know, is largely positive, except for the mood swings and the brain fog.
But there's no talk about life after menopause.
Like, nobody's saying, do you know what, once you get through the shit show of menopause, you know, it's like you've been on the rapids on a canoe and then you come out on this lovely lake and it's great.
Like the lazy river.
Yeah.
Yeah, exactly.
And so that's what I want to write the book about.
So it's a combination of memoir, because one of the things I did in it, which I didn't realise I was doing until afterwards, is a kind of life audit.
