So the European Union should not be left behind.
Well, I mentioned two things.
One is the regulation that's required, but also establishing the link between the textile industry and these abuses about product safety, about human rights, about the environment, about saving Irish retail.

And unfortunately, that number has been going down year on year because
of the popularity of Sheen and Timu.
So, you know, it's really important that we have this debate.
It's really important that we raise public awareness about this.
Well, the cable ties have to be transported halfway across the world.
If you buy them in China, let's be clear about that.
I mean, this is part of the problem.
What is happening and retailers are beginning to adjust to these new rules that are applying not just in Europe, but also in the UK and the US, and they are localizing their supply chains.
And that's a really positive thing from the environment point of view.
So if you talk to Amazon or any of these companies that say they're going to move their supply chains to their local
to the local markets.
And that's going to be really positive for Ireland.
It's going to be positive for the environment.
And that's the critical thing.
We have to make changes to the way that we consume if we are serious about climate change.
