And, you know, again, as I mentioned before we went, we went on the air, I've been every morning I do about a 10 minute routine of I'll just call them yoga stretches.
It's a kind of little combination of some yoga stretches, but just, you know, again, all the parts of my body.
And I had to laugh a little bit because usually when I do that, I say, oh, okay.
My right knee, you know, as I, as I do, but it's, but it's okay.
My recommendations though, tended to fall more in breathing and meditation and
And part of that, and that's one of the things, you know, Tori, that I wanted to ask you, and I really liked that you talked about that there are so many different styles or options for this that there's not, it's not one size fits all.
The flip side of that, which was the problem that I heard, is there's too many choices, right?
And if you have, usually what winds up happening is if you have too many choices, this is in anything, it freezes you so that you're unable to make a decision because you're so overwhelmed by so many of those things.
to do breathing is more simple and easier.
And I always link the breathing to meditating, which is really sort of either focusing on the breathing, I think, which is helpful.
I think it's also very interesting is this vibration that you talk about.
