a greater amount of sleep if you can cut back a little bit on alcohol consumption with smoking i'll say no smoking you know is is the best thing and there are a lot of resources to help people and certainly cutting down also helps but you know that one we won't go into that you know right now but but it's this idea that there are lots of choices we can make and it doesn't have to be have to go all in on these things because then it's like climbing the mountain
And, and you don't have to, you know, it's like the eating the elephant, right?
How do you eat an elephant?
Well, you know, one piece at a time.
And the idea to really help our listening audience understand that you can choose.
And there are so many choices you can make that will help to lower blood pressure.
And that's certainly if you already have it.
again, if you can avoid getting high blood pressure, that's even better because that's the primary prevention that we're really after.

You know, one of the things that's most interesting to me is, number one, the vast majority of people have excellent executive function.
And, you know, Stan, it's more that the comorbidities of things like
anxiety, depression, ADHD, those kinds of things can effectively unmask as it were, or the unlay, you know, unlayering someone that maybe didn't carry that label of being autistic, but because of this comorbidity it upset a lot of their routines and things that they either
