Well, I was at, like, licensed games and stuff, right? Like, I liked Star Wars, so then it was easy for me to get into, like, Star Wars games.

because of the different situations they're going through because it's you know two characters that get pushed into a video game and that's kind of every video game movie yeah that's exactly what this is you know that's a great point and i think just the premise of uh genre blending and stuff i think that's kind of an easy pitch to hollywood for them to be like oh we can get sci-fi and uh fantasy fans together in the theaters

And like another wrinkle of just like the always online and all this stuff of like, I think for a skate game, especially with the first three, you know, my memories aren't like playing really online skate three. It's having friends over and we're playing offline and doing all the fun modes and stuff is like, Greg, you're talking about going back and stuff for your dailies.

I would like the idea of being able to just go back to that game five years down the road. People still are with Skate 3 to this day, right? And then also with the Dead on Arrival thing, I don't think it'll be Dead on Arrival because I think... What that game is offering is a bit more unique than a lot of other live service-y games that are usually more shooter-focused.

I think it'll be something similar that was also released under EA. It was Knockout City. I don't think Knockout City was free-to-play to start, but that was definitely one that lived for a bit because of its uniqueness being a dodgeball game.

Yeah, it was something like that. I think they might have pivoted to free-to-play in their kind of last legs. And then they withered away. And I could see that easily being the story of Skate.
