Yeah, I think America lets it happen because it's in line with its agenda as well.

It keeps all of the other countries in check as well in the region.

And they are seemingly powerless to do anything.

And they are also constantly in a state of instability as well, because a united pan-Arabic movement would present a real danger not only to Israel, but even more importantly than Israel from the American perspective, the interests of America.

because this is a very oil-rich region, this is a very important resource, and as long as America can keep all of the other countries that could present any sort of resistance against Israel in check, keep them destabilized, keep them destroyed,

then they can control the natural flow and use that as a point of leverage against other adversaries, whether it be China or even in certain instances Russia as well.
