At the top 20 airports, they all have parking expansion projects.

And these are based on a 15 airport study that was completed last year in partnership with the U.S.

government and some of these top airports.

And it really does show that parking demand is increasing.

Fascinating enough.

It is.

Yeah.

What's happening is, you know, travel tends to get a little cheaper each year, surprisingly, and more people are traveling.

And so your millennial demographic, I think we just took over as the most frequent business and pleasure travelers.

And that demographic and the ones younger are going to continue to increase based on at least the current studies that we've been looking at and what airports are looking at.

Overall, employments are growing by 6%.

That means people boarding a plane.

That's growing by a really nice, steady 6% to 8%, give or take the airport annually.

And that's driving parking growth up anywhere from 4% to 5% per airport per year.

Interesting.

We founded it in 2016.

Yeah, we didn't want to compete with parking meters and pay machines.

And, you know, that's something that a lot of our competitors at the time, your spot heroes, ParkWiz, it's something that they're going to continually have to deal with is how do you get that?

How do you get consumers to switch over from using, you know, this 80, 70 year old process to using a mobile app?
