But like she needs Meredith needs to work on diffusing people better.

She's really not good at it.

And what she does is she gives energy that gets them actually more riled up.

So she needs to kind of like learn how to be like, oh, yeah, you know, I was I was concerned, but I'm I feel better today now.

And I appreciate you coming to talk to me.

But she's like a little bit stuck in lawyer mode.

I have a, I have a friend who I play board games with and he's a lawyer.

And when we play board games, sometimes he just really gets into lawyer mode.

And like he does things that just will rub me the wrong way.

And he's like he's like he'll do moves in the game and he's entitled to do it.

But what he doesn't realize is that like on a social level, he's driving me nuts.

And it's like if he just stepped out of lawyer mode in that way, he doesn't have to for the game.

You know, he's playing the game properly.

But what he's doing is he's he's sort of.

failing on the social game a little bit.

And I think Meredith doesn't realize that like the legalese and the semantics, like she, she may win arguments, but like she would actually be more successful at getting some of these women off of her back.

If she sort of spoke their language a little bit more and just like gave, gave, if she sort of BS a bit more, honestly, like,

She just needs to BS more because they speak in BS language, you know, and just give them some nuggets and mollify them.

And then she can get them off their back.

So Meredith says, well, I don't know why.
