You don't have to follow those rules.
So again, it did not look good.
Austin Voth, command-wise, stuff-wise, it did not look good.
But this is not a good situation.
The Blue Jays are not where they want to be.
They don't have those good options.
So that is, technically speaking, one possibility.
And you see teams like Atlanta doing that with Carlos Carrasco.
It's because then you kind of circumvent that rule where a player has to be in the minors for X number of days.
