It was agreed a long time ago, and despite all the fake rhetoric to the contrary, no nuclear weapons and the Strait of Hormuz will be open and safe.

Again, the purpose here is to negotiate some sort of end state.

Maybe Iran is, it's possible they're lying publicly.

Clearly it is not, since they are still negotiating.

Mohammad Khalibaf, who apparently is on the do not kill list for the United States and Israel, because I guess this is the guy they're negotiating with.

He said, Lebanon and the entire resistance access as Iran's allies form an inseparable part of the ceasefire.

So apparently Khalibaf is claiming that in exchange for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, Iran should have complete regional domination via its axis of terror.
