He can mostly stick to his guns right now.
And it has helped as well that when he's missed, the misses have been more off the plate than they have been on the plate.
I felt like a lot of his misses over the last year or so were over the heart of the plate.
And that's great because you're not going to walk people as much.
But when all of those are turned into home runs.
He'd rather some walks than some home runs, frankly.
So, happy for him.
I know it's been a trying time at times for him over the last year, and it does seem like, in a good way, things are kind of starting to roll downhill for him, and he's really picking up momentum.
Yeah, I haven't seen a move to this point.
They said they're going to announce it, but they needed to tell the person first.
So I'm guessing they need to make sure.
Yeah, they need to make sure that they themselves know that they're coming to Toronto.
And I would all but assume that that person, given I didn't see a new locker and didn't see a new face, is not going to be available tonight or would get here in the middle of the game.
I mean, I guess there was Paxton Schultz last year, and he showed up and set a rookie record with, you know, four scoreless innings or something like that.
But it's probably a stopgap reliever, and then they need someone with length.
They can't afford to do two bullpen days a week.
I know Miles has stepped in for them well, but you can't be doing two bullpen games a week.
Your bullpen could never withstand that workload.
I think he looks a little healthier to me.
I mean, obviously, I'm speculating on that, but we saw a couple times when he's needed it.
