Yes, you're talking to a microphone, but that is closer to a collaborative in-office environment. And I've also been in in-office environments where I'm sitting in a cubicle all day. So I don't think the physical location, is a huge driver of that ability to have meaningful collaboration, particularly around the concept of empathy.
It is more about tone setting with the team, virtual or in person, than it is to do with that proximity of the physical body. I mean, I have to believe that. How am I going to do digital marketing and want to convey empathy without believing that I can be empathetic and have that sort of relationship without being like in a room? Think like you're them. Like, don't just expect people to do it. Force people to sit in a room in awkward silence and sit there and think about it. We get a Miro board and throw a little sticky notes into the empathy map. I'm like, okay, now you are a CISO and you're a chief information security officer. And you've got to think about, you know, threat vectors and all this. And we have marketers.
