Yeah, so this matches a lot of the stuff in Peru to me.

The cornerstones and corner blocks of the Imperial Palace there, the wall, is very megalithic.
And in fact, it's funny, they've actually been digging up the foundations.
My wife was there recently and they've gone underground and they've found like original foundations and big walls and they've just opened some of that up to the public.
