I felt it was quite emotional for him.
I was really delighted.
We were lucky enough to be at Apple Park.
And although all the people around the world who are watching the keynote, they have this heavily curated video that they do.
And I'd actually spoken to a few Apple people.
I said, what a shame.
You know, I miss the old keynotes always used to be on stage.
It was quite an event.
And I just thought, what a sad thing that, you know, all of that kind of emotion would be removed from something that was a video production.
And actually, he came on stage where we were in Apple Park, and he did seem to be quite overwhelmed.
And how could you not be?
You know, it must be a real moment.

What big shoes to fill.
I would also observe, though, nothing happens by accident at Apple.
You and I have followed Apple long enough to know that even down to the finest, finest details, everything is planned.
And I think this looks like an extremely well-curated transition.
