I don't think it's the Apple way.
I've got this theory that nothing happens by accident at Apple.
This transition has been in the planning for years.
It was no
kind of twist of fate that he happened to become CEO when this Blockbuster new product was announced.
It's you know, the as you said, the buzz, the crowds here were quite something.
I thought he came across really well and I would urge your listeners, I know these keynotes can be pretty boring to watch, but watch the first three, four minutes.
It's like a Hollywood blockbuster.
And there's this lovely moment where Tim Cook's voice appears on the voiceover and we were all kind of looking at each other going, What's what's going on?
And we thought he'd gone.
And then there's this lovely, I won't spoil it, but this lovely way where they have this kind of handover between old and new.
And
He was quite understated.
I thought he came across very well.
We were very privileged in the hall because he actually came on stage before they rolled the video that everybody else saw and he spoke very candidly.
It's clear he's an Apple man through and through, twenty five years with the company.
And I think it's probably in pretty safe hands and
Tim Cook was quite an understated guy as well.
Let's say it's a good thing.
