And then I was like...
I was like, I want him to feel it because it means a lot to him.
And then I was like, hey, I've done worse.
You weren't as bad as you remember.
It was annoying, but you're a great guy.

I've always been fascinated by you, and I'm so happy you're doing better.
And you could see it wash over him.
And I was like, great.
And then I felt better.
I felt better.
And then I've had two guys I just are like, guys, you're going to fall off the wagon.
I don't trust it.
Like, one's apologized 100 times, been back into rehab 100 times.
And the other one's never gotten sober.
And just he does, like, these stints.
But you get them from time to time of people making amends.
And you're just like, ah.
You know what's crazy is you know that in part,
not to get too meta about this, but there's no way that part of I want her toy didn't play into it.
