I like this example because it illustrates how AI can interactively elicit from you something that is meaningful and important to you that you might not otherwise have found a way to express.
And it also then makes that accessible to other people, something that's powerful and has been brewing inside you, some emotional content.
And AI has a clever way of, especially with large context windows, and ultimately with increasingly enduring memory about you individually, it'll have this ability to touch on,
touch you in ways that you didn't expect.
I know someone who is not happy about this, and that is Elon Musk, who made his voice clear.
He said that this deal between Apple and Google is an unnecessary concentration of power.
Well, the other one is Cowork.
And so, you know, we've been talking a lot about cloud code recently.
And, you know, the point of friction for the general population of AI users out there is that cloud code works best if you are focused
facile with using Terminal on your desktop, which is a very non-user, user-friendly kind of interface.
But Claude sees the advantages that Claude code, I should say, Anthropic sees the advantages of Claude code and how it can be used
in ways that aren't about coding at all because it is a you know a persistent agent that can accomplish things through your browser and on your desktop and elsewhere and so it becomes a very agentified ai assistant when you install it and learn how to use it well co-work which they just announced
is in research review right now.
So it's not currently available to anyone except who's on the max subscription for Claude.
And it's only for Mac OS at the moment.
So you have to have an Apple, you know, I'm pretty sure you'd have to have a, an M series Apple Silicon Mac.
And you, so it's ironic here is this is cowork is for the rest of us.
Like this is Claude for the rest of us and, and in the Claude desktop app, but this,
The people who are going to be trying it out first are probably the ones who are already using cloud code, right?
So they're going to learn about it and kind of put it through its paces in order to make sure that it's all the rough edges are knocked off before the general public gets the generalized release of co-work.
