So what does co-work let you do?

Okay, it's in the desktop app, and you give it access to any or all of the folders that you want to on your computer, and it can then read, edit, create files in that folder.

It can reorganize your downloads folder, for example, and rename every file if you ask it to make it something that's related to what's in the download rather than some string of illegible characters.

It could produce a draft file.

Report from scattered notion.

Basically, I'm listing here the things that are in the Claude, the anthropic Claude co-work announcement.

So one of the things that I have is I have things in my system that are just like dumping grounds.

And Claude co-work could be given instruction to spend time every day going through all that and reorganizing it

making it into a hierarchical organization and so on.

It completes work

with agency much more than you would see in a back and forth conversation.

So it'll be an introduction, an easy introduction for people to see just how competent autonomy in agents is to go after objectives that you give it.

So you give it a task and Cog will make a plan.

It'll steadily complete it while looping you in on what it's up to as it goes along.

So it can use your existing connectors and it can do everything you'll want it to do.

So Anthropic's now just thrown a big block of weight in the general consumer application space with this co-work idea.

And so it's pretty exciting.

Anthropic is challenging OpenAI for its productization of AI products.

into the hands of general consumers.

The nearly, you know, one billion users monthly that use ChatGPT.
