Like it's written in a way that Claude can understand all that stuff, but it doesn't say you, it always says Claude, which I thought was an interesting kind of play because they're also...

They're not committing that there is a sense of self or an awareness or a consciousness, but they are saying we're writing that way.

So we're not saying that it is.

Well, we're writing that way because it's been trained on writing for humans who are talking to themselves about their own consciousness and that kind of stuff.

And it's similar to one of the things in Nate Jones's recent video about giving instructions to Claude Code that instead of rules, you really want to give the principles or the philosophies behind because rules are much more rigid and it gets you more of a failure and less of letting it...

be creative on its own within the container of what you've set.

They also said we're releasing Claude's constitution in full under a Creative Commons CC01.0 deed.

So it can be freely used by anyone for any purpose without asking permission.

So you could literally take the document and say, let's personalize this.

Right.

That's a great use case.
