You can go online and shop and have Rufus or something answer your questions on Amazon about items, or you can have a personal shopper at Macy's, Nordstrom, I don't know, Bloomingdale's still exists, but

high-end places that I do not shop at, so I'm not knowing the actual words or brands to say.

And that was also something maybe last year, I think it was last year, was a company that worked with Salesforce that was an assistant for their personal connection.

What the Salesforce portion was, was being able to use the AI embedded in Salesforce to push forward the things that the human would say.

The AI had a role.

It's just setting up the human for success.

It's not replacing the human.
