investment product but when we were talking to our users we noticed that they really wanted to start investing especially the younger generation and they didn't really know how so the way we've built it in the app i don't know if you've ever seen it or used it um it's very much um tailored towards being a first-time investor so people who want to start trying out with investing so as an example in the stocks app um well it's on the same app in the stocks tab it's

Usually when you use an app, it's very much focused on people that trade, right?

In our case, it isn't.

There are not that many graphs and things that confuse you.

Or we have selected ETFs that perform best in our low cost.

We do some thinking on your behalf.

So it's digestible and you can really start trying out.

Well, in the stock side, people are trying to build for the future.

I see in crypto, since it's focused more on people building for the long term, they are doing it on the side.

It's not necessarily the main focus at the moment.

we sometimes hear of about neobanks maybe because it's so easy to to to become a customer there and to move money about right um so i think fraud in this case is evolving rapidly right it's not um a bank problem it's not a neobank problem it's a problem in society and you see it everywhere and that is because the lives our lives are increasingly online so where do fraudsters go

We, of course, take the safety of our users very seriously.

We've been working with AI, for example, for lots of years, really focused on that, to be able to see patterns at scale.

Of course, we still work with human judgment as well, right?

AI is great at seeing, like digesting lots of data and noticing the patterns, but you still need a human eye to make the right call.

And it's twofold, right?

On one hand, we're doing everything we can to stay ahead of fraudsters that evolve constantly and are getting very, very sophisticated.

On the other hand, what's important for us is to give you the tools to keep yourself safe as well.

Not just education, but also the fact that you can change anything you want in the app directly.
