How would you rebuild?
Cause I think that's the most pertinent question.
Number one, how would you define a rebuild?
Yeah.
Number two, I'd probably say, how would you, how do you define culture?
Yeah.
I think core values are very important and also obviously your, your overall plan.
Third question.
Do you have a third one?
No.
No, I think that and number two is, I think the other one is culture setting, but in terms of how would you delegate responsibilities in a front office?
Going back to that conversation we were having a bit earlier, are you going to be one of those executives who's going to have his hands in everything or going to be comfortable to let people do their jobs and empower them to be able to succeed?
And that you can be okay with letting somebody do their jobs.
And I think those are the best organizations.
And I think every organization does have a level of oversight.
I think that's where the president comes in.
I think there has to be a level of oversight and sometimes, you know, just checking to make sure that you are on the right track.
But you have to empower the people that you trust in big positions.
Your scouting director, empower your scouting director.
Your director of player personnel, you empower that individual.
