No, I think that and number two is, I think the other one is culture setting, but in terms of how would you delegate responsibilities in a front office?

Going back to that conversation we were having a bit earlier, are you going to be one of those executives who's going to have his hands in everything or going to be comfortable to let people do their jobs and empower them to be able to succeed?
