Robin, I don't suffer from earworms.

I'm not quite relaxed about the expression earworms.

It's unsettling.

So I might try and find something else.

But I don't suffer so much, but I have the same experience.

And the trouble is that it turns out I know the first two lines of lots and lots of songs.

And then I don't know the third or the fourth or the fifth.

So what I've done lately is I've learned a whole song.

So I give myself a project where I learn a whole song and that's my project for the day.

And I have it on my phone and I get the lyrics up and I just throughout the day, you know, when I'm walking around, I commit the song to memory.

And that way I've got a job and I've got something to achieve and I know the whole song and it's satisfying because I like to sing.
