The second wildcard spot is held by the Chicago White Sox, literally the Chicago White Sox.

So an urgency because, yeah, it feels bad, and the vibe isn't great, and the fan base is nervous, and...

I have two hours to fill, so urgent for me.

But realistically, until that number swells a little bit, they're kind of not in the worst place because the American League is bad.

Having said all that, the counter to that is, well, had you played well, you would have such a nice cushion right now, and all these teams that haven't gotten out of first gear would be losing games behind you.

That much is very true.

But yeah, you've got a little bit of runway here just by way of the middle of the American League being pretty weak.

It looks like kind of the Yankees and the Raiders are the only good teams in the American League the way things stand right now.

The Jays have a chance to get back in the win column today.

It'll be a bit of a tough one with a bullpen day up against Sandy Alcantara.
