I'm a big believer that the players needed to be involved in this process because as we both know now, I do not believe that Jeff Jackson as president, when the decision was made to remove Jay Woodcroft, I do not believe the Oilers' top players were consulted on the change to bring in Cristobal.

We just had Brian Burke on the show say that he consulted his top players on several moves.

Unfortunately, he was at the OHL draft.
