Bob, the roster was not so tremendously different than from 12 months ago, and as a result, the regular season pro performance shouldn't have dropped off as much as it did.

Injuries did hurt come playoff time, but the coaching staff did not get the most out of this roster and needs to shoulder the majority of the blame for 25-26 not meeting expectations.

Change needs to start behind the bench and be followed by two to three carefully targeted changes to the roster.
