It's the something before.

And I ask all the time.
So a lot of women are afraid to speak up.
I mean, I have a dear friend who's a CMO of a giant bank and she got this job and she didn't know anything about money and finance.
And she had to say,
could you explain this to me?
And they did.
And she says, I never felt bad not knowing it.
I feel better.
To me, the truth is everything.
So I feel better saying,
you know, tell me because I don't know this.
Explain to me.
And learning.
And you've got to get rid of the people that
aren't great because sometimes you think they're great and it doesn't work out and you try to try to try.
