A year where the offensive line was kind of totally mismanaged in the offseason, where they had the panic sign Greg Van Roten in training camp when Evan Neal was injured.

And there was other moves that offseason, too, were like, this just doesn't make any sense.

There really wasn't any don't make any sense moves.

roster moves last year going into the season, except for this.

It was like, why was Kicker just not addressed at all with Graham Gonneau being bad and injured the last two years?

And guess what?

He wasn't bad this year, but he was injured.

He got injured twice this season.

So, unfortunate ending to a guy who did...

a great job for the Giants for three years.

He just got injured.

I mean, he's 38 years old.

That's going to happen to kickers.

So I'm sure he'll get another shot when some other team's kicker gets injured, and I hope for him to do well.

The Giants currently at kicker do have Jason Sanders, who's been the Dolphins kicker for a long time, and then Ben Sauls, who made all his kicks at the end of the year.

No big ones, but did make them all at the end of the year.

Would not hate them bringing in a third guy for training camp from the UFL.

You know, I saw that Matt McCrane guy, you know, hit a four-point field goal in the UFL for 60-plus yards.

I'm sure Grump was excited about that.

But Graham Gonneau is gone.
