I love his focus on focus.

Like stop doing, which is why I love Ready, Fire, Aim by Michael Masterson, but stop trying to do way too many things.

I love his focus on quality.

I'm huge and big on quality.

So I've really, that's probably the one that I'm studying or following the most right now and kind of transition to see if I can find someone that is like that that's more, you know, alive.

I'm in love with Slack right now.

What it's done for our company has been absolutely amazing.

I get between seven and eight hours of sleep every night, yeah.

I'm 36 as of Saturday.

I would loop over and over in my sleep the 45-second video clip of Steve Jobs that's floating online where he basically says, look, life can be so much more when you realize one simple truth, and that is that everything that you see around you was created by somebody else that's no smarter than you, and you can change it, and you can go make your own stuff that's better that other people will use.

I would play that on repeat until it was just part of, like, my DNA.
