So so we it was, you know, it definitely created a time period of adjustment.

There's always that of like, well, wait a minute.

Now you've got that person doing what I was doing.

But but like we had built a pretty good relationship leading up to that, that there weren't any major ramifications that came out of it.

So Scott Scott is one of the founders.

And then Clay, the CEO.

I mean, if we go all the way down the lineage tree, Clay, the CEO is my brother in law.

And then there's another founder that's also my brother.

I don't know necessarily all the details.

My guess is going public is one of those things like you've got to get all your ducks in a row, you've got to look really pretty, and my guess is that they recognized that there was an opportunity to clean up or to improve a couple of things that would get better returns for all the investors and for everything.

So that's my guess.

In the past, they've been doing rounds of raising funds.

There have been rounds that haven't gone as well because of the timing in the market.
