Yeah, it's a great point.

And a lot of people think that you have to convert people who are voting Democrat to vote Republican.

Not the case.

All you really have to do is activate people who have been dormant for years that are Republicans that have given up hope on the concept of a Republican in California.

Every single election there ever is, there's more than enough voters that sit out that probably could swing the election in the other direction.

So now they could focus in on that, that he's gotten past the first phase of it.

And I think that, yeah, the pendulum has swung so far in one direction that I think there is hope for it.

Since Schwarzenegger got elected, I think he was the last Republican governor, if I'm not mistaken.

I think you needed somebody like this who's a celebrity, who has that edge when it comes to it, to have a chance as a Republican.

So, yeah, I think that it's exciting to see what potential California could have if they run a proper state.

The fact that the city is that close, because the city is always the biggest spread between Democrat and Republican.

So it's like when Miami went to DeSantis in 2022, that was like a massive indicator that the whole state felt that way.

So if LA is anywhere close to being a close race, that means the whole state has shifted that much.

I think Pulte should be focused 100% on fixing the housing market and making sure that we're building as much as possible because that's the biggest crisis in America.

There's a lack of homes for the amount of people that need homes.

So I didn't see him making a ton of progress on that.
