And it's very easy read and digestible of understanding how banks actually work and how you can become a bank and And he talks in this book about one of the ways to become your own bank is using the policies that that Carson has talked about. But it just completely changed my mind on real estate investing in general.

And it really pushed me to get more on the debt side, even though I'm active in the asset side. I really got more on the debt side and we're getting more and more into it. And I love it.
