Oh, Uncle Fester.
There you go.
Right, your final three questions and don't be too worried about these, right?
I ask everyone these at the end and they're all different.
There's no answer is wrong.
All right.
This is you.
Rachel, if you could go back to your lowest moment and whisper one truth to yourself, what would it be?
You are good enough.
Number two, what did Rock Bottom teach you that success never could?
you know even coming in here today and I'm speaking for myself as I've been in situations and not worrying about having the shakes or cancelling being able to look somebody in the eye and not worrying can they smell the drink off me yeah will I have enough tablets to go through this they can see my eyes twitching do you know this kind of everything the paranoia is mainly gone I'm not going to say it's fully gone yeah and finally number three what's one message you'd give someone who feels like they're never going to make it out
Rachel, I am so delighted to see you doing so well and I'm so delighted you agreed to do this.
This week's podcast is a little bit different.
If you're from Cork, chances are you've heard of Colin Tobin.
He's a man known for giving back, helping others and supporting his community.
But what many people don't know is the journey that got him there.
From growing up in GrΓ‘inne Braugher and wanting to work from the age of just 12, Colin built businesses, took risks, experienced incredible success, but suffered devastating setbacks along the way.
At one point, he lost almost 1.3 million euros and he's seen businesses fail, taking huge risks that have never worked out.
Yet sitting across from him today, there is no bitterness, no blame and no victim mentality.
Instead, there is gratitude.
