We use Appear for video chat.

With the distributed team, we're very active in Slack and using Appear, so those are both really helpful.

That I should have been, I wish I knew to be more proactive and entrepreneurial at school while I was in college.

And I don't think you need to start a business, but being actively engaged in a leader and organizations on campus and creating things gives you incredible experience from organizational management, marketing.

So it doesn't matter what you do, but I probably could have done more of that while I was on campus.
