I don't know.
I don't know what the correct phrase is right there.
I don't know if he can either.
It's not a role he's comfortable in.
I don't think it's not a role he wants to play.
And I think in a lot of ways he is trying to be the opposite of Michael Malone in that approach.
I think he also saw for the last six seasons, however long he's been on the bench under Michael Malone, uh,
how that was done and how it affected the team and all that.
Right.
And I've got to think he's thinking about that as well.
It's so interesting because I mean, over the last several years, we've talked about a lot when Michael Malone was the coach, how his anger and how pointed he is with some of his comments and his overall temperament, how that carried over to the team and it made them on edge and we criticized him for it.
Right.
But there are little points and little moments when that can be effective and when the team might just need it.
And maybe this is one of those right now.
This is one where I'm not like, all right.
And your guards really have to be the ones that set the tone physicality with physicality.
Yeah, I think it just has a lot to do with the identity of this team.
The Nuggets just are not a defensive team.
They're an offensive first team, and they always have been and always will be probably with the Murray-Jokic core.
Some teams are just like the Thunder are first and foremost a defensive team.
