Most of those owe money to the IRD.

Um, they're just not keeping up with that, that flow.

So, you know, and I, I've seen, um, I've seen someone do it seven times, you know, set up and could fail, um, and have not received a prosecution.

Um, but you know, you say that and then someone will go, oh, that I can do it again.

Um, that's not what I'm suggesting.

Um, because, um, just cause someone did it doesn't mean, um, everyone's going to get away with that.

Yeah, look, one of the pet peeves that I have is most people who book in with us book in far too late.

So they book in a consultation with us when it's, you know, they've got the statutory demand sometimes, but most of them already have the liquidation proceedings.
