And so he just ends up listening a lot.
And that has allowed him to be a really good coach because what's a really good coach do?
They listen and then respond.
The coaches who are not good are the ones that walk in and you're struggling.
They go, you know what you should do, right?
Instead of saying, what's going on?
We talked about that today with like the Hawaii story of Kyle getting mad.
It was a momentary lapse.
He forgot to ask what was going on.
And when I finally told him, he paused and reflected and said, okay.
And instead of jumping down my throat again or coming after me, he just expressed gratitude.
And that was something that we talked about as well.
So for Kyle to evolve into this incredible coach and mentor and partner and friend occurred because of his experiences that he had throughout his life, really.
Yeah.
It's kind of what we talked about with balance.
We are so conditioned that we have to do everything here, that it's our power, it's our voice, it's our work that is fueling the growth here, which spoiler alert, it's not.
But there is still a way for us to do that and to lead in the same fashion.
And so it's really about getting out of the way and letting the team continue to build out the org while we can learn, like you were asking, like go create,
educational materials around your speaking that opens more doors.
Spending energy with the people that are truly impacting us.
