So I also explained to players too, I've coached for 20 odd years and typically players, the feedback will be like, give me honest and open feedback, but not too harsh.

So about a seven out of 10.

And then a lot of the boys came to me afterwards and said, no, no, just give it to me 10 out of 10.

I don't want you to sugarcoat anything or dress anything down.

I want you to make sure that I'm really clear with what I need to be better at.

So what did you show to the players when you choose your moment?

Well, I talked to the boys about, I just think now there is a big adjustment from playing junior footy, community footy, and then stepping up to senior men's footy.

So we need more desire, more grit, more resilience.

It's very much now important that players, and I think for me, what I did is, and I still, I mean, treat players like adults, have actual adult conversations.

So-

Um, I showed the vision, I showed 19 edits.

So we, we get the full game, like a, like a, like a two hour movie and you can cut it up to in a million different segments.

So I showed 19 of their 24 goals or whatever it was.

Um, and that's the thing.

I just let them watch.

Um, it's pretty quiet, just show the vision and just rolled through.

So the vision doesn't lie.

So you can tell players things and they might believe you or not, but when you see the vision.

So, yeah.

And then we went out and had a really hard training session.
