One of the guys who has mentioned, though, that it means a lot to him is Cam Hayward, that he wants to join the guys like Brett Kiesel and Aaron Smith and make a run in the playoffs.

Mike, one of the things that Aaron mentioned after the game was that he was grateful that you and the organization let him be himself completely.
Why is it important for you to let a player be themselves instead of trying to fit them into a role or into a box?
