He's a real kind of CEO tone setter type.
I'm not sure he would call defensive plays at his next stop.
He feels like a guy that maybe wants to be that CEO kind of manager type.
So he's an interesting kind of brand because I think there's a guy like him that they're interviewing regularly.
In that regard, Flores is different.
McCarthy's different.
Shula's different.
No one really quite like Anthony Weaver on the market.
And there's a lot of thought around the league that he's kind of been smitten, you know, by what he did in Baltimore.
I think he did a great job there.
And more importantly, that he has been dragged down by talent around him.
But he has not had a great group in Miami.
The stats aren't there.
The results haven't been great.
The scheme is nothing too crazy.
But when you look at Weaver, he is a different type of candidate that would kind of be an off-the-wall shoot, more in a Dan Campbell vein than anything.
But I'm not expecting him to get the job.
Well, you know, I just mentioned him.
I think Weaver is the type of guy that would do that.
