Why do I have to repeat myself a million times?

Not like you asked me to, but I just feel like, I don't know, I feel like I need to repeat things a million.

I'm in the old radio standard.

The old radio standard was you needed to repeat things 3.5 times in order for people to get it through their heads, in order for them to actually pop up and pay attention.

So I'm now in this kind of

I have this wheel in my head going that anytime I say something like a phone number or an Instagram address or a URL, I have to repeat it three times.

But the truth is, you're smart enough.
