I found a trainer.
And I said, all right, I'll go to this trainer.
Because someone had said, this guy's not like the kind of people who try.
And I'd done it a couple times before.
This guy's not one of those people who wants to prove to you how bad you need to train by...
making you so sore that you can't get out of bed for a week.
Instead, he went through like the functional movements with me, showed me what, and if a squat seemed too hard, he was like, dude, we'll squat in two months.
Don't worry about that.
What can we do?
Instead of focusing on, you can't squat, that means throw it.
He was like, no, okay, let's build up to that.
Here, do you know what a box squat is?
Here, do you know, sit in the chair and come up.
Like, he was very reasonable and super smart about it.
And Michael, it's that habit thing.
I did it.
three weeks, and all of a sudden, and I have to say my part, poor David Levine, my best friend for my whole life, had been telling me to weight train for 30 years straight, and I wouldn't listen.
And then suddenly I'm the biggest proselytizer for it.
But what happened was, you know, the low dose of GLP-1 started immediately changed my brain in that I understood
